Our platform helps food manufacturers manage everything from raw material reception to production planning, warehouse operations, and dispatch, with custom quality control and full traceability. BRAINR connects people, machines, and sensors so that critical decisions can be made in real time — smarter, faster, and with greater impact.
**The challenge**
As our client base expands, we're looking for a **Head of Customer Success** to lead our customer-facing strategy - ensuring smooth implementations, building strong client relationships, and guiding a growing team of technical consultants.
You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in how our platform is introduced, adopted, and scaled across factory operations. This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives on impact, collaboration, and customer excellence.
**What you’ll be doing**
You’ll lead a team, oversee complex implementations, and serve as a senior technical voice in pre-sales and client relationships:
- **Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement**: Work closely with Sales to understand client needs and processes, deliver tailored demos, respond to technical inquiries, and co-develop compelling proposals.
- **Project & Implementation Leadership**: Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for new clients — defining project plans, setting milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality execution.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Customer Success & Implementation team. Cultivate a collaborative and client-first culture.
- **Strategic Relationship Management**: Be the main point of contact for key accounts, anticipate client needs, and spot opportunities for product expansion or upsell.
- **Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership**: Stay ahead of industry trends and represent BRAINR at conferences and events. Contribute to our thought leadership with insights from the field.

You combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You’ve led high-impact projects and teams, and you're excited to help factories transform the way they work through technology.
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
- Proven experience leading complex software implementation projects
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Solid understanding of digitization in manufacturing, ideally in the food industry
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building mindset and a focus on customer value
- A background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to think strategically
- Willingness to travel and occasional weekend availability for go-lives
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
