**Job** **S**um**m**a**r**y**

You will drive transformative Pricing analysis across the global organization (all products and markets.) Work directly with Global BI and Regional Pricing COE Leads to ensure relevant, actionable, and sustainable performance insights. Highlight areas of opportunity based on advanced data insights. Guide BI on standardizing reporting across regions and integrating into self-serve tools for local stakeholders.
Your role drives continuous improvement, efficiency, consistency, and increased automation in the use of Price planning, reporting, and analysis across available Convatec IT solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Structure, calculate, and draw insights from internal and external price data analytics
- Guide BI on transforming and centralizing existing Price performance reporting to be Relevant to the business, Actionable to stakeholders, and Sustainable for reporting resources
- Present ongoing results to country and senior leadership
- Drive reporting automation and as self-serve tool availability to key stakeholders across finance, marketing, and sales
- Partner with Global BI to expand and standardize reporting across all regions (Europe, GEM, NA, HSG, IC)
- Collaborate with FBPs, Business CoEs, and SFE on ad hoc analysis to drive revenue and margin improvements
- Manage proactive and reactive analytical support from within GBS to FBPs and the Business as required.
- Enhance Pricing acumen and analytical skills across ConvaTec.
- Drive an agenda of continuous improvement both in terms of quality and efficiency, across FP&A processes and systems, and championing automation where feasible.
- Monitor floor price compliance and support local organizations to improve compliance
- Challenge existing Pricing mentality and practices

**Qualifications**
- Substantial FP&A or Pricing analysis or similar experience, including modelling, within Shared Services environment.
- Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- 4-6 years’ experience executing complex analyses, developing and implementing models and reports, and presenting complex topics to audiences across functional areas
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrable stakeholder management in fast moving, results driven environment.
- Strong influencing and team leadership skills including matrix team management.

**Other Qualifications**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office platform products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Ability to present complex financial information to executive management and non-finance audiences
- Collaborative approach to problem solving, building relationships globally and cross-functionally
- Self-motivated and high energy personality thriving in a fast-paced environment characterized by growth and change
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy to meet deadlines
- Experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions independently and to challenge the status quo and create best practices
- Experience with BI solutions and data warehouse structures
