Welcome to the Vila Vita Parc family. As a Spa Receptionist at Vila Vita Spa by Sisley, you will manage the spa reception, organize schedules, and answer customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service. We seek a dynamic, proactive person, fluent in English, with experience in 5-star hotel spas.

**In this role you will perform**:

- Responsible for carrying out general reception duties at the spa;
- Carrying out data entry tasks in the system;
- Organising schedules for therapists and beauticians;
- Answering questions from clients regarding the operation of the spa;
- Supporting guests in any way requested;
- Ensuring the smooth running of the spa.
