**Job Description**:
Key responsibility:

- Mentor and provide training assistance to finance and operational teams,
- Ability to work and efficiently get along with different collaborators up to Head of Finance Operations and MD
- Participates in communications with operational and technical stakeholders when needed,
- Develop and maintain quality control standards for financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct regular audits of financial data, Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Identify areas for improvement in existing quality control processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement and maintain data integrity and security measures
- Analyse issues found during the testing and report them to technical development team

**Qualifications**:

- Working experience (5+ years of Finance Control or Operational Finance)
- Adaptability, we are looking for someone that can shift between local and global requirements
- Effective team player with ability to build strong working relationships and motivate others
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and data management tools
- Highly self-motivated - achiever of targets, both personally and through team
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships (both within a team and with project stakeholders)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good Problem solving and root cause identification skills
