**Your Responsibilities**
- ** Coss-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
- ** Team Leadership**:Lead and manage the EMEA sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- ** Strategy Development**:Collaborate with the Vice President of Revenue to create comprehensive sales strategies, to define pricing and ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
- ** Forecasting and Analysis**:Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to assess market dynamics, identify opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- ** Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- ** Performance Evaluation**: Implement metrics to measure and evaluate sales performance, regularly reviewing and optimizing strategies to drive growth.
**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of management consulting experience and a proven track record in B2C sales leadership, preferably within the Proptech or real estate industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create strategic plans, forecast sales, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a high-performance culture and motivating teams to achieve targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn CRM software and other sales management tools.
