Car Rental Technical Representative

**Location**:Perafita, Porto.
**Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 8h/day (+1h lunch break), 08:30-17:30. One week every 3 weeks on duty for interventions and customers support 24/7 (including weekends and nights).

**Re**sponsibilities**:
- Maintain contact with the customers, suppliers, contributors, and car services;
- Identify car problems;
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and inspection of vehicles;
- Monitor and control stocks and ensure they are effective (tires, oil, windshield wiper fluid, office supplies);
- Certify cars are repaired on time and ready to be used by the customers;
- Secure all the problems are solved when the car is coming back from the services;
- Ensure technical support for our clients during the rental period.
**Requirements**:
- You have a valid driver's license - B Category;
- You have some mechanical and technical knowledge;
- You know how to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- You are a Portuguese and English speaker (any other language known will be an advantage);
- You are characterized by integrity, perseverance, and determination, even in difficult situations.
