We are in the need of a COMMERCIAL MANAGER with excellent organizational skill and personable disposition to keep them thriving. We are looking for an experient professional in managing international clients in Portugal and abroad.**: **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Manage international _client_ relationships in Portugal and internationally;Identifying international opportunities of new contracts; - Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth; - Monitor local and federal regulations; - Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms; - Recruit and oversee contractors and vendors. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**: - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; - Proven experience with multicultural and international environment; - At least a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar field of studies; - Additional certification in Commercial and/or Business Management is an advantage; - Very good MSoffice skills; - Fluency in English and Portuguese (excellent verbal and written skills); - French or other additional languages will be a must; - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; - Strong organizational amd project management skills are important when managing multiple projects; - Leadership skills are important to sell the services; - Strong problem-solving skills to identify a problem and to take the necessary steps to overcome it; - Hands-on personality, pragmatic, able to work independently and to provide support and advice to Top-management/Board; - A flexible personality and ability to think "out of the box" meeting deadlines and objectives is needed; - Great attention to detail and strategist in the way how to turn them in to his/her favor; - Ability to handle with confidential information.
