**Home Office in Portugal Support German Private Customers in Banking - No Sales, No Shifts, Start on December 4**

We are looking for **German-speaking applicants** already living in **Portugal (mainland)**

- **Private life friendly working schedule**:Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00** - you work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (40 hours/week), with Sunday and one rotating day off - **no shifts**:

- No prior professional experience required.
- **All necessary technical equipment (headset and computer) will be shipped to you to perform your duties from home.**

**About the project**:
Become part of a **well-established German financial services project**, providing professional and secure support to German private customers. You will assist clients with all their inquiries related to their bank accounts and online banking - **no sales and no shift work**

**Your tasks as a Customer Advisor**:

- **Service-oriented support of German-speaking private customers**in the inbound area **(no sales, no cold calling)**:

- **Ensuring a professional and friendly customer service - exclusively in German**:

- **Responding to customer inquiries**and processing requests across all retail service areas
- **Supporting customers with**: telephone banking, security PIN setup, access to app and online banking
- **Accurate documentation of inquiries**in the internal system and forwarding complex cases to the relevant departments

**Competitive salary and benefits (including meal allowance)**:

- **Base salary**: €1100 gross x 14 months (it's €1283 gross x 12 months)
- **Performance bonus**: up to €100 gross x 12 months
- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. €145 net/month on a prepaid meal card)

Your average **monthly gross salary** will range between **€1,283 and €1,528.**

- **Full-time fixed-term contract** for 6 months with the possibility of extension (under Portuguese law)
