As **Deal Manager**, you hold the responsibility for the operational E2E deal lifecycle management across all deal types with additional focus on streamlining processes. You will have a project approach to deals following a consistent methodology aligned to the different deal types and requirements. You will work in close partnership with Sales and Partner facing Operations Managers in front of the stakeholders demonstrating a ONE operations face.

This requires you to:

- Connect the dots across different departments and teams
- Understand and be able to recognise the different offers available and qualify the deals
- Work in close collaboration with Cisco Sales Teams on understanding the business requirements advise on the deal structuring
- Manage and execute the tasks required for the Deal to go through the different lifecycle stages leveraging a project management approach
- Perform risk assessment
- Acquire deep knowledge of the organizational set-up to its full extent for each for each offer
- Ensure an ongoing communication with both Operations Managers, Cisco Sales Teams and Cisco Partners

**Who You’ll Work With**

You will be part of the Customer and Partner Services team and will work closely with your peers in-country, regionally and globally. You will leverage the network of specialists and cross-functional teams across in-person and digital channels. With thorough understanding and knowledge of your audience, you will be a business partner of both Operations Managers, Cisco Sales Teams and Cisco Partners.

- Advanced Excel skills required
