**The Role**

On this role, your main responsibilities will be:

- Establish and maintain the general accounting reporting.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare and review necessary journal entries for properly stated ledgers and financial statements in accordance with local regulations and company policy.
- Oversee all aspects of Accounting & Settlement from invoice to settlement and allocation, managing customer relationships, chasing debts, reconciling accounts, handling receipts, making payments, and clearing down ledgers on Consulting side.
- Supervise TB Reconciliations.
- Oversee all process of carriers and thirty-parties Accounting & Settlement from invoice to settlement on Brokerage and Reinsurance side.
- Prepare and maintain tax records, returns, reports, and other related materials.
- Develop and implement a tax strategy including ways to minimize tax liability and alleviate or reduce tax burden. Research and interpret tax laws and regulations.
- Supervise treasury operations involving own and fiduciary funds, foreign exchange, debt, and bank reconciliations.
- Supervise and ensure all reports and disclosures relates with HUB comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.

**The Requirements**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Taxation or Business Administration and Management.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting (US GAAP, SNC), finance, tax and budget management.
- Minimum experience of 5 year in similar roles.
- Proficient in English (mandatory).
- Proficient in MS-Excel and Database (mandatory).
- Oracle experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Pro-active.
- Organized.
- Process orientated.
- Show commitment and ownership on the work performed.
- Team management - work experience as Team Leader of at least 5 direct reports.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork.
