We seek a **Head of Data**willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team, in a hybrid model based in **Lisbon** Are you the one? - Strong project management capabilities in IT initiatives, with a solid understanding of data engineering concepts, particularly within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - including services like Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Run. - Skilled in conflict resolution and managing complex stakeholder relationships, with a high degree of emotional maturity and diplomacy. - Ability to read between the lines, understanding both the explicit needs and the underlying concerns of each stakeholder within the client organization. - Positive mindset and resilience when facing internal blockers or delays on the client side, with a solution-driven approach to keeping projects moving forward under pressure. - Proven ability to motivate and support the team continuously, providing both technical guidance and coaching, while fostering a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
