We are looking for professionals passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences to join an international team in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer requests and inquiries independently and efficiently;
- Manage complex cases from start to finish;
- Support investigation processes and dispute resolution;
- Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations;
- Share knowledge and support colleague training;
- Adapt to different tasks and evolving business needs.
**What We’re Looking For**
- English level C1/C2 (mandatory);
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in customer service or in the banking/financial/insurance sector;
- Clear communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation;
- Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations;
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for dynamic environments;
- Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
