Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more

**Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?**

As part of the Siemens Global Business Services, Opportunity-to-Cash team, you will be responsible for the Customer Digital Experience & Pre-Sales.

**What role will you play?**
- Responsible for conceptualization to execution of lead generation activities.
- Develop lead nourishing strategies and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Stakeholders’ engagement achieving the strategy/activities proposed.
- Coordinate the team in regards of content needs, its development, and timelines.
- Data analysis of the activities executed and evaluate its ROI; reports development and propose improvement suggestions.
- Work closely with the team supporting in lead management/qualification activities (salesforce and sales navigator).
- Assist the team with activities related to awareness and pre-sales activities (ex. events)
- Create visuals and texts of technical information in a human appealing way.
- Recurring benchmarking and data analysis, keeping up market trends.

**We are looking for**:

- Degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Fluent understanding and usage of:

- CRM tools (salesforce)
- Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook) and Internet research
- Fluent English - written and spoken - Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum Cybersecurity or IT understanding, or high resilience to learn.
- Creative, self-motivated and data driven.
- Team spirit, good interpersonal skills, resilience, critic vision and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills to work with people with different backgrounds (cultural, technical and non-technical).
