Our partner is an **international marketing** company. Selling their services worldwide, this company is helping their clients with **online campaigns** to increase traffic and **loyalty**

**Their mission**: help their clients boost their brand and database.

**What is this job about?**:
In this position as **Digital Marketing Specialist**, you will be responsible for driving cross-channel marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients.

On a daily basis, you will use your expertise to plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns and multiple projects for different clients.

**Your tasks in detail**:

- **Brand Strategy**:

- Manage **web loyalty campaigns** from A-Z for different brands (preparation, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring of performance)
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with the established strategy and deadlines defined with clients
- Coordination of various activities involved in the process: copywriting, DTP, translation, publication, IT, etc.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Constantly improve performances through comparative **testing** processes by your own initiative or on behalf of the Marketing team
- Prepare **reports** for the brand referent and to the marketing Department on KPIs, deliverability, and ROI
- Conduct **cross-functional marketing projects** for different brands
- Contribute to the optimization of the **acquisition and loyalty strategy** for brands

**What do you need to apply?**:

- **Language skills**:advanced** level in **Portuguese** and **English** (C1)
- At least 2 years of experience in **similar roles**:

- Experience in **B2C** marketing
- Comfortable with understanding and processing data through **Excel** (Pivot Tables), Power BI, Google Analytics
- Experience building elaborate campaign workflows
- Experience with **testing tools** like Adobe Target, AB Tasty, Convertize or Google Optimize
- Experience working on current **CMS** like Wordpress or Drupal

**Important**: This position is based in **Lisbon**, Portugal. You will need to be in possession of an **EU VISA/Portuguese work permit**.
