The **Universal Kraft** group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from small hydro, wind, and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green hydrogen and green ammonia.
With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. We are currently seeking a highly organized **HR Generalist** to provide administrative **support and assist the HR Manager** in daily operations.
**Main Responsibilities**
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain and update internal databases with employee information, such as contact details and employment forms.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies across our office locations.
- Manage and organize employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll processes by preparing and verifying necessary documentation.
- Support the HR Manager with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms and remove them once vacancies are filled.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing employment documents and onboarding new employees.
Employee Support & Office HR Tasks:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating employee benefits, leave management, and other administrative HR tasks.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
**Your Profile**
- Degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
