A Lufthansa Ground Services Portugal (LGSP) é uma empresa portuguesa, sediada no Porto, com mais de 300 colaboradores entre Porto, Lisboa e Faro. A empresa encontra-se a recrutar para a função de HR Generalist, em regime presencial.
Responsabilidades:
- Inserir, atualizar e manter a informação dos colaboradores atualizada;
- Garantir que toda a documentação e registos dos colaboradores estão corretos e em conformidade;
- Gerir e acompanhar os processos de recrutamento incluindo a parte administrativa e a coordenação com candidatos;
- Apoiar todo o processo de onboarding, desde a recolha de documentação até à integração e sessões de acolhimento;
- Fazer acompanhamentos regulares aos novos colaboradores e apoiar a sua adaptação;
- Monitorizar e coordenar as avaliações do período experimental, assegurando que os managers recebem a informação a tempo;
- Colaborar na implementação de políticas, procedimentos e iniciativas internas de RH;
- Ser o ponto de contacto para os colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas com RH;
- Contribuir para iniciativas de envolvimento e motivação dos colaboradores;
- Garantir o cumprimento das normas internas, da legislação aplicável e das boas práticas de RH.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura/Mestrado Psicologia, Gestão ou Gestão de Recursos Humanos;
- Experiência em funções similares;
- Rigor, foco na qualidade e orientação para cumprimento de objetivos ;
- Flexibilidade, facilidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Utilização avançada de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e Powerpoint);
- Disponibilidade para deslocações a nível nacional;
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês.
