HR People Services Trainee

In your new role you will:

- Maintain **documentation and knowledge repositories**, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is accessible to the team
- Support on **daily activities**and **administrative tasks**(e.g. meeting minutes, action items, deadlines)
- Support the **improvements**, **harmonization,**and **automation of processes and HR services**:

- **Work closely with the Project Management Officer**and the **Head of People Services**Europe**:

- Assist in the **development and improvement of project management tools**, templates, and processes to **enhance project delivery efficiency**:

- Support the **organization of**workshops and **events**within the team
- **Communicate with HR partners**in Europe.

**Your Profile**
You have excellent communication skills and can establish successful relationships within all levels of an organization easily. You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. You are a dynamic person, who takes the initiative and always thrives for success.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

- A **bachelor degree**:

- **A good command**of **Microsoft Office**tools, especially **Excel**and **PowerPoint**:

- Previous experience in **customer-service**:

- Previous experience on **Service Now**would be a strong advantage
- Affinity toward **digital topics**:

- A **creative and analytical**mindset, with a **structured and independent working style**:

- **Fluency in English**(mandatory). Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
