People Services Excellence HR Trainee

As a People Services Excellence HR Trainee, you will support the team with their daily work, from audits, project management support, process documentation, presentations, and events, and provide overall administrative support. You will have an important role in advising People Services and improving our processes.

In your new role you will:

- **Support HR Audits**(internal and external), preparing the HR audit briefing sessions and supporting the audit coordination
- Support **activities for the audit community**(e.g. keep iShare up to date, prepare communications)
- **Administrative support**on updating presentations, audit calendar, audit framework, etc.
- Support the **document management**system, uploading/updating global documents when requested and reviewing supporting documents (e.g. manuals, ishare websites, templates)
- **Assist the responsible counterpart for global documents and communication**with process owners
- Support **team events organization**(e.g. Team workshops, collaboration methods)
- **Support the Global Project Managers**as a Project Management Office in various topics such as process harmonization and operational excellence initiatives

**Your Profile**
You are a proactive and communicative person who takes the initiative and strives for excellence. You enjoy project management and have a constant improvement mindset.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,**or a similar field
- Experience in **Human Resources**or in **advisory/**consultancy roles**would be a great advantage
- Good command of **Microsoft Office**:

- Constant **improvement mindset**and a **problem-solving attitude**:

- Good **stakeholder management**skills
- Good command of **English**
