Guydeez is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts to join our team in Porto to deliver private and personalized walking experiences for small groups of travelers.
We’re looking for passionate locals who love Porto and want to share its beauty and history with visitors from around the world. No professional tour guide experience is necessary—just a love for your city and the ability to engage with people.
**Role Overview**
**Position**: Freelance Tour Guide
**Location**: Porto
**Contract Type**: Freelance
**Payment**: Fixed salary of 120 EUR/day
**Schedule**: Flexible — work days and hours that fit your availability
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct private and personalized walking tours for diverse groups of travelers
- Share your knowledge of Porto’s history, culture, and notable sites
- Tailor tours to the interests and preferences of each guest
**Requirements**:
- **Local Expertise**: Strong knowledge of Porto’s landmarks, stories, and cultural highlights
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in one or more of the following: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Portuguese
- **Experience**: Previous experience in guiding or hosting is a plus, but not required
- **Flexibility**: Ability to host tours ranging from 3 to 8 hours
- **Food Enthusiast**: Passion for local cuisine is a plus for hosting food-related tours
