We are looking for an Italian-Speaking talents
- starting date: 03.08
- work in the modern office in the center of Lisbon(Oriente) from **Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m**

Our client is a famous low-cost European point-to-point airline and is one of the largest airlines in the world, with 308 aircraft, operating 927 routes across 34 countries and 153 airports.

**Daily activities**:

- Provide the excellent service in booking management in Italian (bookings, clarifying doubts, making changes/rescheduling or upgrading the journey, explaining the client demands with Airport services)
- Assist clients via inbound calls and/or chat in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending to potential requests.
- Manage the reservations back-office (ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations).
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

**Our expectations**:

- You speak Italian in proficiency
- You speak English - at least B2 level
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there

**We offer you**:

- **Starting date: 03.08**:

- Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) - you have a total of €1050 - €1300 gross x12 months:

- 1050€ gross x 12 months or 900€ gross x 14 months,
- up to 100€ gross performance bonus
- 7,23€ NET/day meal voucher
- Employment contract limited to 6 months, then option to extend it indefinitely
- Training at the beginning of work - previous experience is not required
- Working time frames**:Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m**:

- Work in our modern office in the center of Lisbon
- Relocation package: flight ticket reimbursement(after 6 months) + accommodation in a company-owned apartment

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: 1.050,00€ - 1.300,00€ al mese
