David Kennedy Recruitment partnered with a renowned tech BPO company to find a Safety Content Writer who will will work closely with Machine learning, providing the critical data they need to improve Virtual assistant's language understanding capabilities.Position: Safety Content WriterLocation: Remote/Work from home in PortugalEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Identifying and making sense of language patterns
Rewrite and improve AI generated responses, adhering to safety categories that might include sensitive content e.g., sexual content, violent crime, drugs or alcohol and others
Recognize patterns and meaning from composition of words of assigned language
Process information to perform the task and to incorporate editorial review when applicable
Ensure adherence to QA framework and participate in the QA process when applicable.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
High proficiency in Arabic language (Writing and Speaking), B2 English
Able to use the specific writing guidelines for factuality, style, and formatting
Background degree (in Journalism, Communications, Teaching, or a related field preferred)
Experience/ or being comfortable working on sensitive/objectionable content
Writing experience in the fields of tech writing, copywriting, journalism, editorial, support, UX writing, linguistics, editors, English teachers, content moderator or expert AI teachers
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (preferential)
Availability to join as soon as possible.
**OFFER**:Base salary above average x 14 months
Meal allowance and health Insurance
Work shift Monday to Friday (Business hours).
