Fujitsu’s Cloud and Digital areas focus on Cloud, Application, Data, and AI for our customers, through Business Solutions, Professional Services, and Managed Services. The delivery models are hybrid, local, and global, intercept and adopt partner strategies (Microsoft, AWS, Service Now, Outsystems, Databricks, Dataiku, etc.).

**As our future Cloud and Digital lead for Western Europe**:
You guide our teams from consulting and conception through to delivery, leading by example. You inform, advise, and design, together with our portfolio, sales, presales, delivery, and our clients, new solutions that fit their wishes and needs.

You are self-sufficient and grow cloud & digital business across the Western Europe region, representing Fujitsu and always ensuring high quality work and outstanding client care. You like working with multi-disciplinary teams and know how to clearly communicate complete business and technology solutions across all levels of the organization.

In this role you are a member of the Western European Team, you contribute to Western Europe’s and the wider Fujitsu Strategy, exchanging initiatives and enabling solid cooperation between Territories, Countries, and Business areas.

**Some of your key responsibilities**:

- You run the cloud and digital services strategy, aligning the countries and the global portfolio while delivering relevant market, business, organization, and technical input into it.

- Orders and revenue growth in the defined market. Direct Margin

**Your profile**

You should have a **Lead Consultant profile with the ability to deliver and a Pre Sales Consultant attitude with proven experience in the technical field. **Able to coach, drive, implement/kickstart organization, and platform designs.
- You have at least 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure engineering
- You have a minimum 5 years implementing and running innovative cloud delivery models
- You have in depth understanding of Cloud, Application, Data, and AI.
- You are a natural team player, and you are used to influencing by collaboration.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering field, and/or Business Administration.
- You have excellent English language skills, both oral and written

As a person you are charismatic, open, and spontaneous by nature, **you like both technical and business environment **s, and enjoy networking and interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. You are not afraid to present your ideas in front of an audience and you actively influence business decisions. **Next to this, you are based in Lisbon and you have some flexibility for traveling.
