**Job Purpose**:
The Global HR Operations at COFCO International is the HR Centre of Excellence responsible for implementing, aligning, operating, and improve our Global HR systems, processes, and data to ensure seamless downstream business practices and intelligence.
We are looking for a HR Reporting and Data Quality Analyst based in our Porto office, although for now, the work can be remote.
The primary responsibility is to produce and analyse HR data, statistics, metrics and dashboards that provide insight to the HR community and business leaders, as well as to verify and audit our HR data quality and integrity while ensuring full GDPR compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and maintains Global HR reports, KPIs and Dashboards for Management and HR communities. Understand our business needs to constantly improve it.
- Provides data analysis and identification of trends in HR.
- Functional owner of our HCM Reporting and the Workforce Analytics modules regarding its maintenance and improvements. Technical owner for new functionalities and improvement projects.
- Audits Global HR Data Integrity (accuracy, completeness, timeliness) and compliance to identify potential areas for process, knowledge and system improvements.
- Partner with the HR Data Specialists and the HR Community to monitor and improve data quality and propose mitigation actions to correct and prevent data discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain documentation on HR reporting processes, technical routines and best practices to improve the overall efficiency of our reporting environment.
- Collaboration to the Annual Workforce Planning Process.
- Performs other Data, Reporting and Analytics if assigned
**Requirements**:
- University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science;
- Experience with SuccessFactors specifically with Advance Reporting Module
- Experience with BI Tools
- Experience with SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and People Analytics is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA) is essential.
- High attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to deliver complex analysis, reconciliations and reports.
- Solid problem-solving skills. Able to analyze complex data and identify core issues and investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusion /solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, SPSS, R or Python would be a plus
- Able to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Good team player can work well under pressure.
- Follows through to deliver results.
- Understands and responds appropriately to client’s needs.
- Places importance on delivering a high-quality service.
- Fluent in English
