**About the role**:

- As a Staff Product Manager, Analytics Platform you will lead defining and building the data systems to support building, publishing and operating our portfolio of games
- Work cross-functionally to guide analytics and data products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.
- Build the long-term product strategy for the Analytics Platform in partnership with engineering leadership and Central Products leadership
- Look for and collect all data necessary to inform product direction whether in the form of competitive intelligence, customer behavior, or other market metrics
- Work with all data stakeholders at Fortis, from engineering, data science, portfolio leadership and PMs, to deeply understand their data needs and the business impact of addressing these needs
- Establish mechanisms for scaling data quality efforts, in partnership with engineering, data science, and QA
- Build alignment across the company on the team's vision with leadership and executives

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Technical, comfortable delving into a technical product, understand the technical details and engage with engineers on a deep level
- Experience building (or deeply working with) data analysis, A/B test management, experimentation tooling
- 8+ years of product management experience and a history of prioritizing and measuring success of a product across several releases
- Experience managing the support model, documentation and education around an API product
- A team player who can collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates
- Think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking
