**About the position**

We are expanding our global team and we're looking for a **Chief Technology Officer **to bring their wider Engineering knowledge and help us get our Product and Service more widely known and used.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Technology Strategy Development**:Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to align with business objectives and drive innovation.
- **Team Leadership**:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
- **Technology Development and Execution**: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of technology initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with other business leaders to align technology initiatives with overall business goals and drive competitive advantage.
- **Project Management**:Manage multiple technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- **Innovation Leadership**:Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovation, keeping the company at the forefront of technological advancements.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, communicate progress, and deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.
- **Process Optimization and Automation**: Implement and improve technology-related processes, workflows, and automation to increase efficiency, and enhance productivity.
- **Risk Management**: Oversee cybersecurity and risk management strategies to protect the company's technology assets and data.

**Qualifications**
- Strong technical background and expertise in software development, infrastructure management, and emerging technologies,
- Expertise in PHP, React, AWS infrastructure, DevOps practices, and security protocols,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in People Management roles,
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and risk management principles,
- Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to technology,
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams,
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with overall business goals,
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels,
- Proficient in English, with strong capabilities in both writing and speaking,
- Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, and value autonomy and transparency,
- Has a 'default to action' mentality, self-starter and deeply motivated to deliver.
