Premium Houses Algarve is a young and ambitious real estate agency with one clear mission: to become the best in the Golden Triangle (Almancil, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, and Vilamoura). No pushy sales tactics—just genuinely helping clients find their dream home.

We are looking for a **full-time Receptionist / Personal Assistant to the CEO**, based at our office in Almancil. You’ll be the welcoming face of the company and a key player behind the scenes, bringing structure, support, and efficiency to our growing team.

**What you’ll do**:

- Welcome visitors and keep the office looking professional and inviting
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and appointments
- Handle WhatsApp messages and client communications
- Provide daily support to the CEO
- Assist with organizing meetings, documents, and contracts
- Offer general administrative support

**What we’re looking for**:

- Presentable, friendly, and client-focused
- Proactive, well-organized, and independent
- Strong in planning, structure, and follow-up
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
- **Previous experience in real estate and familiarity with CRMs is a plus**
