**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting customers, visitors and employees.
- Handle telephone calls and route them appropriately.
- Maintaining the calendar of meetings and conference rooms.
- Helping with administrative tasks, such as archiving and digitizing

documents.
- Coordinating the incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- Carry out external services whenever necessary.
- Handling accommodation and travel bookings.
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
- Ensure the maintenance of the office.
- Supporting the organization of events and meetings.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency.

**What do we consider to be essential, for you to be successful in this role**

**This experience level**:
At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in similar administrative roles.

**These hard skills**:

- Completed Secondary Education; a technical course or higher education in related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in administrative roles.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience handling reservations for accommodations and travel.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.

- Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set.
- Capacity and Talent for resources management (time, human and material).
- Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
