The Digital Office team at Nokia is dedicated to providing secure and seamless technology experiences for our employees and external users worldwide. We are focused on driving Nokia's digital journey, with the ultimate goal of increasing the company's performance and competitiveness. As a Security Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and monitoring of Information Security & Compliance best practices. Your responsibilities will include managing operational security delivery, risk monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company regulatory requirements. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining our commitment to maintaining a secure and efficient digital environment for Nokia.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent stakeholder management skills to join our team as a Security Compliance Analyst at Nokia. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to:

- Develop and maintain security policies and processes to support the development and operational activities of the Digital Office.
- Ensure compliance with Nokia's group security SOP's and certifications such as ISO 27001.
- Assist in security audits and certifications, taking responsibility for Digital Office security operations.
- Collaborate with Nokia's Group Security to monitor vulnerabilities and manage patch management status.
- Support risk management and remediation efforts for operational compliance non-conformities.
- Assist business stakeholders in improving their security posture by defining risk levels, acceptable standards, and remediation actions.
- Identify security needs, assess solutions, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure Nokia's information is protected in line with the Nokia Information Security Policy, bringing value through cost-effective and innovative approaches.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- 4 to 5 years of experience as an IT security professional with a strong technical background.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, specializing in Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS.
- Knowledge of enterprise compute and end user security.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in English.

It would be nice if you also had:

- ISO 27001 LI/LA and/or ISO 22301 Certification.
