**Location**:Porto, Hipercentro Areosa Business Park
**Working from home/office -**Hybrid working model (2 days per week in office)
**What’s the role about?**
As an **Accounts Payable Specialist**, you’ll ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payments and staff expense reimbursements, while adhering to policies and SLAs. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you’ll handle exceptions, resolve payment queries, and contribute to process improvements.
**What you'll do?**
- Process payments, prepare documentation, and manage electronic/manual payments.
- Ensure approvals, meet payment deadlines, and resolve queries.
- Maintain detailed payment records and manage staff reimbursements.
- Support process transitions, develop workflows, and train team members.
**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in a complex, multinational environment.
**Language skills**:English
