Contexte de la mission

The client has a huge business project delivery every single year.

In the context of the ongoing Infrastructure and End User Services Integration plan within the group, the Infrastructure department need support on Service Delivery Management.

Objectifs et livrables

**Goal**

The main goal is to support Infrastructure team, by building Monthly/Weekly reports regarding KPI, following Vulnerabilities and guaranteeing SLAs delivered to the different companies, organizing the governance, leading the remediation action plans when needed and collecting audit evidence / documentation required.
- Manage vulnerabilities reports on a weekly basis, providing specific views depending on requests.
- Identify any vulnerabilities gaps according to the risks defined by Security teams and lead proactively some remediation plans with the technical teams.
- Manage the vulnerabilities actions plan, providing a specific view on Kpi, ETA and progress for each company.
- Answer questions and execute operational tasks related to compliance requirements following the defined ETAs
- Define, create and provide the reports and dashboard with SLAs delivered on all the Infrastructure scope (Infra, Security, EUS) to the companies / activities (Market Services, Post trade, Fx ) within the group.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, financial status, risks and issues
- Create/Update/Support reports and dashboards with their SLAs for all the Infrastructure scope (DB, System, Network, Security, EUS)
- Support those presentations on a monthly basis if required.
- Contribute and analyze the element required
- Collect and make sure they are delivered on due time.

**Deliverables**:

- Produce reports and dashboards with specific focus on
- INFRA KPI (monthly)
- Vulnerability KPI (weekly / monthy)
- Present the KPI during dedicated meetings
- Define with operational teams and follow remediation plan.
- Execute operational tasks related with Vulnerability management and Compliance requirements following the defined ETAs
- Weekly follow-up and detailed reporting of action plan and actions taken
- Continuous support on questions /escalation the team could have
- Follow automation to get 100% of KPIs production automated.
