**The Role**:
All our roles are **remote working style** from one of our entity locations in Spain, Malta or Portugal.

**What You'll Be Doing**

You will be joining the product team with the aim to support the growth and evolution of our flagship product. You'll be gathering requirements, prioritising business and product needs, breaking down solutions, documenting user stories, and working cross functionally to ensure successful and timely delivery.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Be the product owner working within the delivery team that owns our integrated products and services
- Break down and sequence the implementation of complex solutions into discrete milestones to rapidly deliver business value
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap to deliver on our mission
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering requirements and communicating upwards and outwards about the bigger picture, trade-offs, and delivery timelines
- Use data to make the best-informed prioritisation decisions to deliver the most impact as quickly as possible
- Use roadmaps, sprints, and product backlog to ensure business and product requirements are met

**We're looking for someone who has...**
- Previous experience in a similar role such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Product/Technical Analyst and an understanding of agile methodologies
- The ability and confidence to participate in technical discussions to contribute to understanding the problem and defining the solution
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- A data-driven and analytical approach
- Exposure to modern product development tools (e.g. Jira, Figma, Miro) and processes (Story Mapping, Prioritisation, Wireframing)
