**PRODUCT MANAGER - JUNIOR**

**Objectivo da Função**:
O Product Manager Junior será responsável por acompanhar e executar a actividade de marketing numa perspectiva evolutiva até se tornar responsável directo por uma ou mais marcas.

Trata-se de uma função que reportará e actuará em estreita colaboração com o Director de Marketing e da Unidade de Negócio com quem partilhará a análise crítica dos dados de performance de vendas, de clientes e produtos.

Terá um âmbito de actuação alargado em estreita colaboração com as equipas comerciais e outros parceiros internos e externos da empresa para concretizar os projectos de marketing em curso.

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Operacionalização e interface interno e externo das actividades de Marketing ;
- Gestão de Stocks e Compras
- Gestão da Gama de marca;
- Manutenção e Controlo do Orçamento de Marketing;
- Monitorização de Visual Merchandising e implementação de activações nos pontos de venda
- Organização e gestão do plano de vendas e compras de acordo com as directivas internacionais;
- Interface internacional com as marcas e produtores de forma a assegurar os prazos e funcionamento eficiente.
- Análise e apresentação dos indicadores de performance de compras e vendas das marcas;
- Follow up e Controlo das acções de Marketing na rede de retalho e interligação com Direcção Comercial e equipas de vendas;

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura preferencialmente em Economia, Engenharia, Gestão ou Marketing, com forte capacidade analítica e espírito crítico de análise de dados;
- Experiência de 1 a 2 anos em funções similares;
- Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão;
- Perfil polivalente e analítico;
- Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal no interface interno e externo à empresa;
- Orientação para resultados;
- Capacidade para cumprir prazos;
- Proactivo e sentido de responsabilidade
- Bom Ingles falado e escrito.
