**Group IT Security Analyst (m/w/d)**
(_Sintra, Portugal_)
**Your Mission**
**What you will do**
- Gather and analyze security intelligence, preparing recommendations accordingly
- Independently advise internal and external IT teams during security incident response
- Collaborate with specialist teams to strengthen security capabilities in high-risk environments
- Review vulnerability scan results and mitigation recommendations, following up with remediation owners
- Assist in monitoring security alerts and detections, escalating critical alerts to senior team members
- Manage Security KPI reporting and IT Risk Management
- Contribute to response and investigation efforts for security events
- Perform analysis tasks independently and report findings to senior team members
- Monitor security platform health for errors, misconfigurations, or performance alerts
**What we expect from you**
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Broad knowledge of and interest in new technologies, understanding related benefits and risks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical staff
- Strong integrity, personal responsibility, and active listening skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on mentality, taking initiative
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Drive for continual self-improvement, possessing a 'learn-it-all' mentality
- Relevant industry certification in security, IT Governance, or risk management is a plus
- Excellent English language skills
