A software support consultant is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users of a particular software product. Their main goal is to ensure that clients are satisfied with the software and are able to use it effectively to meet their business needs.

The job duties of a software support consultant may include:
2 Troubleshooting software issues reported by customers and working with the development team to resolve them.

3 Providing training and education to customers on how to use the software and its features effectively.

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for improvement or additional services.

4 Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues, and tracking progress towards issue resolution.

5 Collaborating with other teams within the company, such as sales or development, to ensure customer needs are met.

6 Participating in the testing of new software releases and providing feedback to the development team.

7 Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the software, industry trends, and best practices in software support.

**Salary**: 800.00€ - 1,600.00€ per month
