**ROLE PURPOSE**
- The position will focus on create data policies, standards and practices according to predefined templates, to ensure the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet overall business needs
- Data Governance Officer will execute the monitoring of the master + reference data quality.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS**
- Roll out an enterprise wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through classification, policies, standards and processes
- Assist / support in ensuring that master data is clearly defined, communicated and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning, compliant with policies and standards
- Check the roles and responsibilities related to data governance are compliant and confirm clear accountability for stewardship
- Monitor indicators of performance and quality metrics and assist the implementation of data related policies and measurement required at corporate level

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master + reference data (Governance) experience
- Willingness to accept change and support direction
- Results orientation, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion
- Ability to develop cooperative and constructive working relationships
- Collaborative team player orientation towards work relationships, strong culture awareness
- Fluent in English
