- Develop and maintain a data management framework with a clear roadmap and communicate progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a data governance framework that includes policies, procedures, and standards for data management, data quality, data security, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure alignment with data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop and deliver data governance training programs for stakeholders across the organization to ensure understanding and compliance with data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and report on data governance program effectiveness, including adherence to data policies and procedures, data quality metrics, and data security and privacy controls.
- Ensure master/metadata is clearly defined, communicated, and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning.
- Develop and implement data quality management processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Establish data security and privacy controls to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in data governance and related fields, and provide thought leadership to the organization.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure data governance requirements are met.
- Keep up-to-date with evolving data governance trends, regulations, and best practices.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Data Management with experience developing and implementing data management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Strong Knowledge of data governance principles, policies, and standards.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Experience with data quality management, data lineage, and metadata management tools and technologies.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant professional certifications in data governance or management is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English.
