**YOUR ROLE**:
We are looking for a Head of Quality Assurance Practice to join our teams in Lisbon.
- Develop and implement a detailed testing strategy for QA portfolio of offerings
- Define a commercial strategy and go to market approach
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to meet project and organizational goals
- Support and develop the team ensuring sustainable growth of business and people skills

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Experience of leading testing scope (delivery and sales)
- Experience in test strategy, test design, test execution and reporting
- Test automation know how (i.e. Selenium/Cucumber) and proven implementation experience
- Experience with project and services management
- Experience in finance concepts (revenue, cost, GOP)
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- English fluent, Portuguese desirable
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
