Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review Ad, video and text content
- Deletion and blocking of content, as well as filtering, organizing, and evaluating information
- Review account access tickets and user support
- Objective and high-quality delivery/review for each case considered.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Indonesian, both oral and written
- Upper-intermediate level of English (B2), at least
- EU Passport holder or eligability to work in Portugal
- Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
- Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material without bias
- Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands
- Stress-resilient and optimistic personality
- Professional with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, and as a part of the team
- Ability to work in shift rotation (24/7).
