We’re searching for a skilled project manager to contribute to MAKEEN’s growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative global company. As a project manager you will be delivering projects within scope, schedule and cost, following MAKEEN’s standards and PMI principles, while demonstrating strong leadership, customer focus, and effective communication. You will ensure compliance with contract management and reporting standards, working closely with the assigned project team in Denmark. You will manage and execute small customer projects, primarily in Portugal and Spain, ensuring high technical standards across engineering, procurement, supply chain, and onsite installation and commissioning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Integrate with the MAKEEN’s project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Lead projects from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- To coordinate internal and external resources
- Analyze project progress and follow up, and when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
**We imagine that you have**:
- Bachelor’s degree, experience in Engineering or other technical fields
- Demonstrated work experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Flexible with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (our corporate communication language) and Spanish, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French
- Well organized, able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Relevant training and/or certifications within project management
