This is a leading LED and high-end manufacturing company with 25 years of experience. Its products are a smart lighting system that will forever change the way customers experience light. This company is the top choice for architects, engineers and lighting fans.

Your Profile
- You are proficient in French, and you are fluent in English (from B2)
- You are able to work in a rotating shift schedule
- Some experience in technical troubleshooting it’s nice to have but not mandatory

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and analyse the technical issue of the customers
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Gather contacts and document of customers
