As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure:

- Hardware and Software Management:
Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
Managing and maintaining company software licenses.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- User Management:
Creating and deleting user accounts.
Assigning user permissions and access rights.
Providing user support and training.
- Network Administration:
Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues.
Configuring network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Security:
Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect company data.
Conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Mandatory:

- 3-6 years of experience in IT administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Basic programming skills (SQL queries, HTTP requests).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residence in the Lisbon area is essential.
