**The team**:
The Social Media Team oversees: content creation for each of our event social media channels; campaign development for regular initiatives, launches or activations that take place throughout the year; partner social content; and reporting and analytics. Social works closely with teams across the business to make sure Web Summit content is getting to the right people at the right time.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Management of the social media content calendar, including content planning, copywriting, image/video creation, scheduling publishing, and measuring performance.
- Collaborating with multiple departments within the company on campaigns and projects.
- Developing marketing materials or assets, including video (After Effects), imagery (Adobe and Canva) and GIFs.
- Developing design briefs and presenting them to our creative teams.
- Measuring social media account and content performance, and iterating as necessary to meet success metrics.
- Amplifying the organisation’s social media content across advertising platforms.

**What we're looking for**:

- 4+ years of experience working on B2C social media campaigns for an agency or international organisation.
- A creative individual who is constantly developing new ideas and isn’t afraid to think outside the box.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
- Experience developing and executing social media campaigns for events and launches.
- An understanding of the marketing funnel and the role social media plays in organisational success.
- Facebook, Instagram and Twitter advertising experience is a plus.
- Experience working with Falcon is a plus.
- Experience managing TikTok for business is a plus.
