Social Media Manager

**Social Media Manager (personal brands).**
We are looking for a tech savvy social media lover who has experience growing personal brands across platforms. Someone who is passionate about all things social media, stays ahead of the curve and always finds a way to stand out from the crowd will thrive in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a regular posting schedule on social media accounts (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc) throughout the day (the goal is to create 150 pieces of content per month).
- Manage and maintain all activities related to the social media accounts (comments, requests, queries etc).
- Come up with new content ideas/strategies and work closely with the Founder to grow the accounts.
- Stay up to date with new trends, platform developments and algorithm changes.
- Monitor relevant metrics to grow and improve the performance of accounts.
- Daily communication with video editor and graphic designer
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms: Meta, Youtube, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn, podcasts( in future)
- Strong understanding of the type of content best suited to each platform.
- At least 2 years of experience managing the social media accounts of other personal brands.
- Solid track record of growing accounts and engaged audiences.
- Experience managing and growing accounts on multiple platforms (not only Instagram or TikTok).
- Proactive, precise and curious
**Additional requirements**:
- Experience managing personal brands is a plus.
**Commitment required**:
Full time:
Monday to Friday (a few hours on the weekend may be occasionally required).
