Tasks
The Social Media Platform Manager is part of a global digital team responsible for supporting digital projects on behalf of the brand teams who focus on local, regional and worldwide activations.
Our ambition is to be the digital leader in our industry and the Social Media Platform Manager plays a crucial role making this a reality in the management of our social media platforms. Importantly, the Social Media Manager will serve as a point of contact for the user management, issues, queries, auditing, and community outreach monitoring as well as processing of onboarding users to our social management technology.
The purpose of this role is to act as a main point of contact for brand teams and third-party agency’s in getting access to brand’s social media platforms. The role will include the coordination and management of the access requests and changes, reporting on usage of platforms, reviewing and suggesting improvements to onboarding processes, working closely with the technology providers in resolving issues or queries from users of the platforms. The user will also need to monitor the social accounts to ensure that questions, issues or complaints are highlighted to the correct internal stakeholders for response.
This person will also be responsible for co-ordinating the various Internal & External stakeholders and thus ensuring all the brand processes and best practices are followed.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Main point of contact for social media solutions
- Set up and manage user access to a number of social media channels
- Review and investigate issues reported on a tool with the technology vendor
- Coordinate the onboarding of brand teams and third parties onto the technology solutions
- Report on usage, onboarding and offboarding users on the technology solutions
- Community Management and Social Media Monitoring
- Social Listening (Monitor our brands online)
- Regular audit on Social Media channels (ensure all SoMe channels follow the brand Guidelines)
**Requirements**:
- Background in Marketing/Management
- Must be autonomous, have willingness to learn and be solution orientated
- At least 2 years in Social Media Management (Digital Agency experience desirable)
- Experience in managing Social Media platforms (Meta Business Manager, Creator Studio, Ads Manager)
- Experience in Social Media Management tools (ex.Falcon, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social)
- Experience managing reports/dashboards in Excel (mandatory)
- Proficiency in English language (mandatory)
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams across the organization
- Ability to work with others (comfortable with stakeholder engagement, working across departments to manage expectations and prioritize work)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete work within allocated time frames.
