Travel to Expense Country Process Expert End-to-end

Manage and execute daily tasks in travel to expense (T2E).
- Provide guidance, input, and support for travel booking and expense claim processes, both for recurring topics and project-specific tasks, including but not limited to:

- Ensuring compliance with global T2E process standards GBBP (Global Business Blueprint) while considering local processes and legal requirements.
- Supporting the evaluation of local requirements and defining requirements, providing transparency and impact assessment for travel booking changes, and testing change requests in bTravel.
- Consulting and supporting the Global Process Owner (GPO) and T2E Decision Board in further developing the T2E process landscape and processes for travel to expense.
- Conducting and overseeing functional testing in relevant IT tools at the country level.
- Initiating tool and process improvements and evaluating legal requirements (both internal and external) related to T2E.
- Acting as a quality gate for process adjustments related to Change and Release as part of the T2E Service Strategy.
- Assuming responsibility for country-specific Change & Release handling.
- Providing Change & Release related process information to country/end-users for knowledge transfer and communication.
- Act as a point of contact for T2E stakeholders and relevant Bosch parties.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Finance, Control, Accounting or similiar.
- Global mindset and representation of company-related interests.
- International mindset and networking ability.
- Self-organization and continuous involvement.
- Adequate functional knowledge in travel booking and interfaces at Bosch.
- Knowledge of internal quality, risk, and compliance management standards in travel to expense.
- End-to-end knowledge of the T2E process.
- Profound knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent command of English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages, both verbally and in written format.
