As an HR Trainee - digital platforms, you will support the HR Digital team with our HR platforms management. You will be in the driver's seat of our HR transformation, having a crucial role in the automatization and digitalization of HR processes, and improving the employee experience.

In your new role you will:

- **Support **the **global HR transformation project to harmonize, digitalize, and implement end-2-end processes;**:

- **Work closely with the Head of our Digital Platforms (MyHR) **and assist in daily and operational tasks;
- Support **improving the employee experience **, being part of the **improvements **, **testing **, and **deployment of projects within the HR platform **;
- **Consult the customer **, being in **contact with different stakeholders **and HR partners worldwide;
- Work together with the **knowledge management **team to improve our knowledge management articles;
- Assist in **preparing clear communication **, and organizing communication **materials **towards HR and stakeholders **for meetings and project deployments **.

You are a dynamic and communicative person, who takes the initiative and always thrives for success, with high-quality standards. You have a structured and independent working style and a great team spirit, making you the perfect fit for a dynamic and open-minded team.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Human Resources Management **, **Business Administration, Information Technologies, **or a similar field;
- An affinity for **Technology **and **technical implementations **;
- Experience with **HR processes, project management, or digital transformation **would be a great advantage;
- An excellent command of **Microsoft Office **, especially **Excel and PowerPoint. **Experience with **ServiceNow **or a similar platform would be a plus;
- A **data analytical **and **process-driven mindset **;
- Good **stakeholder management **skills;
- Fluency in **English **(written and spoken).
