Commercial Product Manager

**The Role**
We are currently seeking a Commercial Product Manager who is curious to learn more about our top-quality products.
As a Commercial Product Manager you will be at the crossroads of product presentation and commercial strategy, acting as a link between products and the customers and playing a pivot role in ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value to both current and future clients.
**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Understand product uniquess, benefits, and positioning;
- Achieve sales targets through active sales efforts, identify and develop new customer opportunity;
- Perform market prospect and identify potential customers to expand the customer base across the country;
- Maintain, explore and develop strong commercial relationships with the customers;
- Plan and execute a strategic territory plan that focuses on high-impact opportunities, regular customer visits, and account management;
- Keep updated and detailed customer information, understanding their industry, business model, and biggest challenges and opportunities, to assist in increasing sales;
- Work closely with Management Control to keep updated reports on sales activities, targets, and forecasts, and contribute to meeting or exceeding the company's sales goals.
**Must Have**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated profile who can blend both technical and commercial expertise, combined with the following qualifications:
- Proven commercial experience and passion about sales & innovation;
- Highly effective communication skills at all stakeholder levels;
- Eager to learn and ability to learn quickly;
- Proficient at handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Excelent analytical skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and independently, with strong initiative and results-oriented approach;
- Strong communication, customer-focused thinking;
- Fluent in English;
- Availability to travel.
**Good to have**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a Technical or Commercial field.
