Expeditions Manager

A Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting a Expeditions Manager (M/F/D) to join our client, a leader in its sector, in the Santo Tirso area.

**Duties**:

- Managing transportation activities;
- Ensure performance control and continuous improvement of transportation activities;
- Implementing and controlling KPIs (performance, cost, quality, environment) such as time of receipt, level of dispute resolution;
- Ensure correct delivery according to constraints (time, cost, contract);
- Ensure that distribution media (templates, packaging, etc.) are of good quality, in sufficient quantity and usable when needed;
- Assessing the impact on transport activities in the event of changes in planning;
- Managing documentation control (reception / dispatch / customs) - Unloading material;
- Managing the first level of material control;
- Managing logístical resources: Ensuring the proper use of specific logístical resources and managing their inventory;
- Managing the standards of specific and standardized resources in their internal and external flows within their scope;
- Providing feedback for continuous improvement, gathered from internal customers (mainly in the production area);
- Ensuring the entire logistics service (delivery time, level of disputes, quality of packaging and shipping);
- Respecting the budget and proposing its optimization.

**Profile**:

- Experience in logistics and warehouse management (minimum 3 years);
- Autonomy, organization, rigour, reactivity and pragmatism;
- Ability to negotiate, manage and organize;
- Global and technical vision;
- Ability to make decisions;
- Ability to deal with unforeseen and/or crisis situations;
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred) and Pack Office;
- Fluency in English - Compulsory.
