**System Administrator**:
Evolvice is a German nearshore service provider with branches in Ukraine, Portugal and Egypt. Founded in 2012, Evolvice has a strong technical background and business domain knowledge, combining software engineering and Agile methodology, leading its’ clients‘ path to digital transformation. Headquartered in the heart of the automobile industry, Stuttgart (Germany), our expertise stretches from automotive, healthcare, travel, financial, governmental, and insurance to manufacturing industries.

Our team is over 100 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff.
Our corporate culture is characterized by agile processes, autonomous teams without hierarchies, as well as openness and transparency - both internally and with our clients.
- Currently, we are searching for **System Administrator** to join our internal team.
- **Responsibilities**
- Supporting the continuous operation and high availability of local IT infrastructure.
- Manage critical IT systems, including Office 365 and Teams.
- Provide user access to various IT systems.
- Maintain licenses and admin accounts for software and IT systems.
- Setting up accounts and workstations.
- Helpdesk: Supporting users with their issues, problems, and questions.
- Troubleshooting issues and outages.
- Upgrading and patching systems with new releases.
- Keeping technical documentation up to date.
- Following the company’s security and compliance policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in maintaining an environment with 20+ computers.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11.
- Knowledge of Mac OS and Linux.
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP, proxy, TCP/IP, STP, VLAN, group policies).
- Administration skills for Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
- Excellent understanding of computer hardware.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products.
- English-level skills (spoken and written) at upper-intermediate level and above.
- Good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.
- Ability to take initiative, work well in a team, and multitask effectively.
