**We are currently looking for a Product Support Specialist(s) to help support a number of upcoming initiatives.**

As a Product Support Specialist, you will be asked to wear many hats while you support our internal stakeholders across the organization. You will also regularly communicate with our online community, sharing insights and awareness about our product, upcoming initiatives, and respond proactively where necessary. The Product Support Specialist is our conduit into the heart of our community.
- Support the product, community, and marketing teams in their duties
- Actively look for gaps or misalignments and seek to rectify or provide critical and timely feedback
- Be the voice of our community and funnel valuable customer feedback to the relevant team
- Help foster and manage relationships with other projects, DAOs, and other relevant partners
- Properly represent Phat Loot DeFi and promote our products

- Ability to work on your own initiative(s) and make effective decisions under pressure
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Self-directed, receptive while being open to critique and feedback
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Exceptional attention to detail
